At first you go to the wordpress.com enter the name of blog title.
then you pick the category of your blog.then go to the my site on dash board.
change the header title ,image ,set the widget linking the facebook ,video,blog post
and so many widget after it click the button of the visibility is mandatory then click
the save and publish
